Institutional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Official transcript(s)
  • Immunization Record
  • A form of lawful presence
  • Some programs may require standardized test scores

Apply to CSU

Step 1
Complete Your Application

Submit the online graduate application and pay the non-refundable application fee of $50. The fee is waived for returning CSU graduate students and students who earned a bachelor’s degree or higher from CSU.

Submit Transcripts and Test Scores

Send official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Submit GRE, GMAT, MAT, GACE or other required test scores that your desired program requires.

Step 3
Meet Program-Specific Requirements

Submit all program-specific materials by the posted deadlines online or by mail. Admission decisions are based on both institutional and program requirements.

Submit Your Immunization Records

Upload a copy of your immunization record provided by your healthcare provider or doctor. You may also print the Certificate of Immunization to be completed and signed by your healthcare provider as well.
