Teach the Future Generation
Are you looking for a career change? The Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Education is designed for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in a content-related field who want to earn both T-5 level teacher certification and a master’s degree. You can choose from certification options in Middle Grades (grades 4-8); Secondary Biology, Chemistry, Earth/Space Science, English Language Arts, History, Mathematics, or Physics (grades 6-12); or Computer Science (grades P-12).
Certification Options
Middle Grades Education (Grades 4–8)
Prepare to teach core subjects in upper elementary and middle school classrooms.
Secondary Education (Grades 6–12)
Specialize in one of the following fields: Biology, Chemistry, Earth/Space Science, English Language Arts, History, Mathematics, or Physics.
Computer Science Education (Grades P–12)
Equip students with essential computing and programming skills across grade levels.
