The Bachelor of Arts in History at Columbus State University invites students to explore the complexities of human history through the study of cultures, events, and ideas. Tracks and Concentrations
Research & Analysis (Track)
Focus on analytical thinking, research, and writing with access to hands-on learning through study abroad, internships, and site visits.
Secondary Education (Track)
Blend historical study with teaching strategies to prepare for careers in social studies education. Includes fieldwork and certification preparation.
History (Minor)
Complete 15 credit hours, including one world history course and upper-level electives. Includes options for internships or independent study.
