Who Is My Academic Success Coach?
How does academic coaching work at CSU?
Your Academic Success Coach is assigned based on your major. At Columbus State University, all students, from their first year through graduation, are supported by dedicated Academic Success Coaches in the Center for Academic Coaching. This comprehensive model ensures that students receive consistent, personalized support throughout their entire college journey.
Who Is My Academic Success Coach?
Your Academic Success Coach’s name is listed on the Student Homepage in your MyCSU portal. If you have earned 70 or more credit hours, you will be assigned a faculty advisor within your academic department. If a faculty advisor’s name is not listed, please contact your department directly. Students with 69 or fewer earned credit hours are assigned an Academic Success Coach. If you do not see your coach’s name in your portal, please reach out to the Center for Academic Coaching at (706) 507-8780 for assistance.
