Apply Now for Housing

From Orientation to Graduation, the Department of Residence Life is excited to open our doors and offer students housing options on both our Main and RiverPark campuses throughout their time here at CSU! Applying for housing is a separate application from the Admission process and can be completed by simply clicking the “Apply Now for Housing” option above. We look forward to seeing your application and welcoming you to campus housing!

Applying Resources and Information

Once a student has been fully admitted to Columbus State University and has their CSU email address and login credentials, they can begin the process of applying for on-campus housing!

Applying is simple and can be done by clicking Apply Now for Housing which will then redirect you to your MyHousing Portal. From there select the housing application under the subsection “Apply for Housing” and follow the guided steps.

Be sure to read all steps and contract information carefully before completing the entire application. Please be aware that for all new / first time residents living on campus, there is a $200 application fee and a $50 activity fee that must be paid upon completing the housing application.

Columbus State University is committed to ensuring the academic and personal success of our students. To best fulfill this commitment, the University requires first-year students to live in on-campus housing for the first two semesters. In addition, we encourage students to live in University Housing throughout their tenure at CSU.

All students who live in on-campus housing are required to purchase a meal plan with Dining Services. Plan option availability is dependent on how many credit hours a student has completed.
