Supporting the future you’re building
Grants
Grants provide need-based and achievement-based funding that does not require repayment. This support helps remove financial barriers so you can focus fully on your academic and personal potential.
Pell Grant
Pell Grants provide financial support to students with exceptional need who have not yet earned a degree. By completing your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you can discover your eligibility and the amount you may receive. Funds from the Pell Grant are applied directly to your school account.
Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG)
The FSEOG provides additional funding for undergraduate students with exceptional financial need, making college more accessible and easing the cost of your education. By filing the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), you can discover your eligibility and the amount you may receive, between $100 and $4,000 an academic year. Awards are limited, so this support is reserved for students with the highest demonstrated need.
TEACH Grant
The TEACH Grant provides up to $4,000 per year to students pursuing high-need teaching fields who are committed to serving low-income schools. This support helps make your path to a meaningful teaching career more attainable while investing in the communities you will serve.
HOPE Grant
The HOPE Grant supports Georgia residents and certain military personnel pursuing a qualifying undergraduate certificate. This grant is designed to make education more accessible and empower you to achieve your academic goals. While no GPA is required to apply, recipients are asked to maintain at least a 2.0 GPA once awarded.
